Shared transfers are available only from centrally located hotels and residences in Dubai (Deira, Bur Dubai, Sheikh Zayed).

Cancellations made 24 hours or more before the tour departure time will incur no charges.
Cancellations made within 24 hours of the tour departure time will incur a 100% charge.
If eligible for a refund, the amount will be processed and returned to you within 7 working days.
